Calling the city, begging and pleading with management netted zero results. My neighbor had clogged their sink which backed up sewage water into our unit which management took 5 days to resolve.

Unfortunately i had scheduled the movers to bring my stuff that day while the apt wasnt prepared. Now they told me rent is free on the first month however the first free month isn't really free. You still have to pay, it will just get added to your rent every month til your done with your lease. Days later i come home from work and my cat's bowls are turned upside down on the floor, dust was everywhere . I was not informed that maintenance was coming by or what they were doing. Its like pulling ears to try to get them to fix things.

Not to mention, I didn’t have hot water for 4 months and got my car towed twice. My neighbor’s toilet wasn’t flushing and no one would come to fix it, he had it that way for 4 days. It is currently under new management again by GVA Property Management, the staff is such a pain. Unless you’re a new resident or have something they want. And I’m not one to leave reviews like this, but these apartments are AWFUL and I would hate for someone to go through what we experienced. 10 months ago- I wouldn't even give these apartments 1 star .
Be the first to add a review on this property. Management is useless, rude, and unprofessional. They try to charge you unnecessarily and their ledgers are shady. The enviornment is unsafe, there are constant issues with the water and they shut it off with no warning all the time.
